Digital Photographic Print on Canvas
This op-art style print features bold stripes of yellows and blues to lift the spirits and add color to even the plainest walls. Inspired by artist Josef Albers, this piece presents interactions between colors using an original deconstructed photograph. I hope to inspire in the viewer a heightened sensitivity and awareness of colors as an artistic pathway to higher states of humanity. Sit with each stripe. Become sensitive to their subtle differences, and, how they work together to complete the Whole.
This print was previously on view at the Vanderbilt Light Center for Surgery, Nashville, TN. Price reduction reflects slight wear-and-tear on the canvas.
This Giclee print is archival quality, made to last, with 100% cotton canvas, mounted to a wooden frame. Hanging hardware is attached and the piece is signed, titled and dated on the back.
